Project Management

Project management is a core skill of everyone in our team. We recognise that good planning, organisation and management of resources are crucial to the success of a project. Whether as main contractor or subcontractor, we provide excellent project management to complete projects to specification, time and budget. Over the years we have developed a proven management system that ensures appropriate risk management and excellent delivery. Central aspects to our system include:

• Each project has a suitably qualified and experienced Project Engineer, who manages the project on a full-time basis, to deliver the project to time, cost and specification
• Site works are supervised by a full-time and experienced Site Manager, who is in attendance whenever site works or deliveries are in progress. The Site Manager is responsible for daily on-site supervision of all aspects of the work by our own staff and by any specialist tradespersons. Our Site Manager is also responsible for daily co-ordination with the relevant employers and customer staff on site
• Close liaison with the end user, the main contractor and their relevant advisors and consultants is essential. We hold regularly scheduled meeting on site, with the client’s and the Clean Modules project team. The success of a project depends upon the quality and planning of the initial design. We develop a programme that incorporates an initial period for the final design and specifications and the Design Qualification (DQ) to take place.
• We operate a formal Change Control system, whereby any variations to specification, cost or programme are signed off and recorded by both the customer and ourselves. This system provides traceability for financial and facility qualification purposes
• We have evolved a system, whereby our approved subcontractors are trained in the particular requirements of clean environment installations to ensure quality throughout
